Mollye Watson has over 30 years of experience in inventory control and document coordination. Currently serving as a Document Coordinator at dbSpectra since January 2005, Mollye previously held the position of Inventory Control at Decibel Products from November 1989 to August 2004. Mollye's educational background includes studies at El Centro College from 1975 to 1976 and graduation from Hillcrest High School in Dallas, Texas, between 1972 and 1975.

Soon after the development of the Control Station Combiner, dbSpectra began to provide specialized RF equipment to those in the Two-Way Radio market. In 2005, dbSpectra began manufacturing and supporting legacy Decibel Products LMR site management equipment. The dbSpectra team prides itself on bringing fresh ideas and state-of-the-art engineering to the communications industry. All products are proudly designed and manufactured in the USA. dbSpectra was granted ISO9001:2000 certification in July 2006 and has recently met the ISO9001:2008 standards.
