Tarun Prem Kumar has extensive experience in sales and business development in the technology industry. Tarun Prem started their career at Dell Inc in 2003 as a Sales Coach, where they provided guidance and coaching to the sales team. In 2008, they joined Hewlett Packard Enterprise as an Account Manager, responsible for selling HP Enterprise Products. During their time there, they successfully managed a business of $2 million every quarter. In 2010, Tarun joined QLogic as a Channel & OEM Business Manager, collaborating with OEM partners such as HP and Dell to promote QLogic products. From 2013 to 2015, they worked as a Sales Manager at Diyotta Inc. Most recently, Tarun held the position of Sales Manager at DBSync, where they played a vital role in sales and, as of January 2021, transitioned into their current role as the Director of Enterprise Sales.

Tarun Prem Kumar completed their Master of Business Administration (MBA) with a specialization in Sales-Marketing & Human Resources from Osmania University between 2012 and 2014. Prior to that, they obtained a Bachelor's degree in Mathematics and Computer Science from the same university from 2000 to 2003. Additionally, they recently obtained the AWS Certified Solutions Architect – Associate certification from Amazon Web Services in September 2020.
