We are a specialty outpatient group practice offering adherent Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) in a compassionate, structured, and deeply supportive environment. Our services include individual therapy, DBT skills training groups, phone coaching, and team consultation, following the comprehensive model originally developed by Dr. Marsha Linehan.

We support individuals and families navigating intense emotions, impulsive behaviors, suicidal ideation, self-harm, and relational challenges—especially those who haven’t found relief through traditional therapy. Our mission is to reduce suffering by offering real skills, genuine connection, and evidence-based care.

DBT Center Chicago is a DBT-Linehan Board of Certification (DBT-LBC) certified program, reflecting our commitment to delivering the highest standard of care.
