DBT Central is the end-to-end clinical platform for Dialectical Behaviour
Therapy, connecting clinician training, delivery infrastructure, and
outcomes tracking in one ecosystem.

We work with individual clinicians, group practices, community mental health
services, and inpatient facilities across Australia and South Africa.

The platform spans three connected layers:

Clinical Training: learn.dbtcentral.com

The DBT Practice Launchpad (90-day structured cohort), Level 1/2/3 on-demand
library (96+ CPD hours), live Externship sessions, and supporting clinical
resources. HPCSA-accredited. Mapped to the APS CPD framework.

Clinical delivery: www.dbtcare.co

The platform clinicians actually run groups on. Diary cards built to Linehan
S-DBT fidelity, skills tracking, progress monitoring, clinical alerts, and
an AI Skills Coach to extend practice between sessions. Designed for fidelity,
not just engagement.

Clinician portal: DBT Connect

Where trained clinicians manage participants, receive referrals, and facilitate
groups. The infrastructure layer for clinicians building DBT into their practice.

For facilities and health services, we licence white-label versions of the
platform with staff development, implementation support, and clinical
outcomes reporting.

Our clinical work is led by Werner Teichert, registered clinical
psychologist (AHPRA), MClinPsych, MBA, MLeadership, and PhD (Psychology) candidate.
