Seth Zelnick

Seth Zelnick is the General Counsel at dbt Labs, where they currently serve. Previously, they held the role of Vice President, Deputy General Counsel at DigitalOcean and Vice President, Corporate Counsel at Six Flags. Before that, Seth was Vice President, Deputy General Counsel at Everyday Health, leading corporate transactions and advising on governance and securities matters. Seth began their legal career as a Corporate Associate at Willkie Farr & Gallagher LLP, representing companies in mergers and acquisitions and providing corporate law advice. They earned a J.D. from the University of Pennsylvania Law School and a B.S. in Industrial and Labor Relations from Cornell University.
