Frédéric Combemale has an extensive work experience spanning over three decades. Frédéric started their career at Ricoh France in 1988, where they served as the Responsable Département Dispatching SAV. Frédéric then moved on to United Technologies, where they held the roles of Coordinateur approvisionnement from 1992 to 1996, and Responsable gestion composants from 1996 to 2000. At Lear Corporation, Frédéric worked as a Coordinateur technique in 2004 and as an Acheteur Projet from 2000 to 2004. Frédéric joined Polymont Engineering in 2005 as an Ingénieur planification. Frédéric spent a year at Deutsch (now TE Connectivity) as an Acheteur projet/production in 2006, followed by a brief stint at VINCI Concessions as a Chargé de mission for la détection incendie in 2007. From 2007 to 2008, they worked as an Acheteur Leader at GTM BATIMENT - VINCI Construction France, overseeing material purchases for 2 rehabilitation projects. Frédéric then joined Galien MACORS in 2008 as the Responsable achats (budget 18M€) - Technique - Maintenance - Production. Most recently, they have been the Responsable des achats engineering at DBV Technologies SA since September 2014.

Frédéric Combemale has a diverse education history. In 1983, they attended Campus La Chataigneraie and obtained a Bachelier F3 in Electromécanique. Following this, from 1985 to 1986, they joined the Marine Nationale where they focused on the production of onboard electrical energy, completing a VSL (volontaire service long) program. In 1988, Frédéric pursued a Diplôme technique de niveau 3 in Informatique Industrielle et automatismes from CCI Maine-et-Loire Formation.

Moving forward to 2000, Frédéric pursued a Certificate in Practical Purchasing from Digital Learning, USF Innovative Education. In 2001, they furthered their expertise in the field with a Certificate of Advancement in Purchasing from the same institution.

In 2007, Frédéric attended the Centre de Techniques Internationales, where they completed a Diplôme de cycle de formation d'Acheteur France & International, with a specialization in Achats, logistique et transport.

Lastly, in 2014, they enrolled in an intensive bilingual English program at Berlitz Srbija - Škola stranih jezika.
