Edwin Verheijen

Edwin Verheijen is an experienced noise and vibration advisor, currently serving as an Adviseur geluid en trillingen at dBvision since August 2016. Prior roles include a similar position at Movares from November 2015 to July 2016, and a long tenure at dBvision from April 2005 to October 2015. Edwin also worked as a noise consultant at AEA Technology Rail BV (2000-2005) and NS Technisch Onderzoek (1997-2000). Academic foundations include a PhD in Physics from Delft University of Technology (1993-1997) and an MSc in Physics from Radboud University (1987-1992). During the academic tenure, notable contributions included the development of a 128-channel spatial sound reproduction system for music based on wave field synthesis.
