Tim Marshall is currently the Head of Marketing at Dbvisit Software. Prior to this, they were a Product Manager at Compac from January 2016 to December 2020, where they were responsible for leading the growth of Compac's sorting solution. This included creating and maintaining the product road-map, initiating R&D projects, coordinating product launches, and creating and supplying product collateral. Some of their major projects at Compac include small fruit sorter productization, hygienic road-map creation and initialization, and control and reporting software productization and launch.
Before joining Compac, Tim was the Sales Manager for Oceania at Tamron Co., Ltd. from May 2013 to October 2015. In this role, they managed the sales of Tamron branded lenses within Oceania, including negotiating targets, forming product plans, coordinating marketing activities, optimizing product mix and pricing, and coordinating team projects and brain storming sessions.
Prior to their role at Tamron, Tim was the Partner & Business Development Manager for Europe & Oceania at SAMCO Inc. from February 2008 to May 2013.
Their manager is Mark Otten, CEO. They are on a team with Alex Masharov - Head, Development & Product Management, Ryan Hoefle - Territory Manager, Americas, and Pierre Leducq - Head, Sales Europe, Middle East & Africa.
