At DBX, we bring people together on the water through dragon boat events, training, and fundraising experiences across London and the UK. Whether it’s corporate team building, race training, charity events, or community programmes, we combine expert coaching, safety, and a passion for dragon boating to deliver unforgettable experiences.

Founded by Will & Kit, friends and teammates with over 20 years of paddling and coaching experience, DBX helps organisations and individuals:

Strengthen teamwork and leadership

Boost confidence and morale

Achieve goals on and off the water

We work with corporates, charities, youth groups, and community organisations, providing tailored sessions at iconic London locations and beyond. Our mission is to make every session safe, inclusive, and inspiring, creating memories and results that last long after the paddles stop.
