Candice Thomas

Candice Thomas is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in corporate relations, data operations, and nonprofit management. Currently serving as the Director of Corporate Relations for the DC College Access Program since March 2025, Candice previously held various leadership roles at the Marine Corps Scholarship Foundation, including Director of Data Operations and Integration and Director of Grants, where responsibilities spanned from database management to grant oversight. Prior experience includes positions at OfficeTeam as an HR Assistant, and at Henry Ford Health System, where Candice worked in both clinical and data entry roles. An educational background featuring a Master’s in Public Administration with a focus on nonprofit management from Oakland University complements a Bachelor’s degree in Business Management from Kentucky State University.
