Jay Kogan has been with DC Entertainment/Warner Bros. since April 1991, currently serving as the Senior Vice President of Legal Affairs. Prior to that, Jay worked as an Associate at Trager and Trager from 1987 to 1991. Jay has also taught as an Adjunct Professor at New York Law School and the College of New Rochelle, specializing in Intellectual Property, Licensing, Drafting, Media Law, and Ethics. Jay holds a Doctor of Law (J.D.) from Boston University School of Law, a Master of Science in Mass Communication/Media Studies from Boston University College of Communication, and attended University of Connecticut for undergraduate studies. Jay graduated from Stamford High School in 1979.
