Sharon Lu is a creative bridge-builder passionate about promoting empathy, diversity, and creativity. Currently serving as the Lead Strategy and Design Consultant & Partnerships Lead at DC Design LTD, Sharon focuses on eliminating generational poverty through community needs assessment and strategic development. With over eight years of strategy and program design experience alongside a decade of teaching and research, Sharon has co-founded initiatives like A1 Parallel and the Taiwan-America Student Conference, fostering educational access and social change. Sharon holds a Doctor of Philosophy (PhD) in Neurosciences from Stanford University, where they also contributed as a teaching assistant and admissions committee member.
