Monique M. McSween

Monique M. McSween is a Strategic Development and Public Engagement Executive with over 25 years of experience in advising government leaders and CEOs on strategic vision execution. They have held significant positions, including Deputy Director of Public Engagement and Strategic Development for the Government of the District of Columbia and Global Director of Communications for Search for Common Ground. As a former Prime Ministerial Advisor and senior diplomat, Monique has a deep understanding of government processes and multicultural engagement. They are currently the Director of Customer Experience at the DC Public Library and the Chief Executive Officer of CariBeat LLC, while also serving as the founder of Monique Marie McSween Productions. Monique holds a Bachelor of Arts in English Literature and an MBA in International Marketing from the University of the West Indies.
