DC Law Collective (DCLC) is a firm of lawyers who fight for federal employees — whether they’re still on the job or facing an unlawful firing or other employment action.   The firm represents clients in every area related to federal employment, including Merit System Protection Board appeals, Office of Special Counsel and Inspector General investigations, whistleblower retaliation, EEO, security clearance matters, violations of the Fair Labor Standards Act, and any other area that involves federal employees and their employment (such as RIFs).  On behalf of its clients, DCLC lawyers challenge unjust actions by agencies, navigate complex processes, and push forward even when systems stall.
