Kate Brown

Kate Brown is a skilled journalist currently working at DC Thomson since January 2022, contributing articles to The Courier, the Evening Telegraph, and The Press and Journal, as well as presenting the Courier Daily podcast. Prior to this, Kate served as a staff writer for OOSKAnews, producing short-form content on international water issues, and developed a podcast while interning at Empowered Earth to raise awareness for PCOS. As the founder of Rewilding A Nation, Kate established a news organization focusing on rewilding, overseeing website design, content creation, and podcast production. Additionally, Kate gained experience as a social media manager for SCEPTICAL SCOT LIMITED. Educationally, Kate holds a Master of Arts in Journalism from Edinburgh Napier University and a Bachelor's Degree in Drama and Dramatics/Theatre Arts from Queen Margaret University.
