Chris Lee

Chris Lee is an accomplished procurement and operations professional with extensive experience in sourcing and contract management. Currently serving as Purchasing Operations Manager and Category Manager at DC Water since December 2020, Chris manages large-scale IT sourcing projects, including market research, strategy development, and supplier negotiations. Previously, Chris worked as a Sr. Procurement Specialist at WSSC Water, handling procurement requests and evaluating complex solicitations. Prior experience includes a role as Procurement Specialist at Legg Mason, where Chris established vendor relationships and implemented procurement policies, as well as a Billing Analyst position responsible for invoice processing and cost analysis. Chris holds an MBA in International Business from Loyola University Maryland and a Bachelor’s degree in Business with a focus on Finance and International Business from Towson University.
