Joyous Willis, M.A., is a seasoned professional in community affairs and communications with extensive experience in infrastructure projects. Currently serving as Senior Specialist for Community Affairs at DC Water since November 2024, Joyous leads construction outreach activities for Capital Improvement projects and collaborates with the Department of Engineering and Technical Services to provide detailed project information. Prior roles include Communications & Outreach Liaison at McKissack & McKissack, where Joyous coordinated between stakeholders for infrastructure rehabilitation projects, and Public Outreach Coordinator at DP Consultants, Inc., focusing on community outreach for sewage and stormwater improvements.
