Ricardo Wright

Ricardo Wright, MHRM, SHRM-CP, currently serves as the Senior Program Manager for Employee Relations at DC Water, a position held since July 2024. Prior to this role, Ricardo was an Employee Relations Advisor at Freddie Mac from January 2023 to June 2024 and worked as an Employee Relations Analyst at the Metropolitan Washington Airports Authority from April 2017 to January 2023. Experience also includes serving as a Branch Supervisor at BB&T between September 2010 and April 2017, a Primary Counselor at Sasha Bruce Youthwork from August 2007 to March 2009, and a New Business Specialist at Sagicor Group Jamaica Limited from July 2003 to July 2007. Ricardo holds a Master's Degree in Human Resource Management from The Catholic University of America (2013-2015) and a Bachelor of Science in Sociology and Psychology from The University of the West Indies, Mona (2000-2003). Kngston College, Jamaica, is where Ricardo obtained a High School Diploma in June 1998.
