Mandy O'Sullivan

Mandy O'Sullivan has extensive experience in finance and corporate development, having served as an Associate at Dresdner Kleinwort Wasserstein from March 2001 to March 2004, followed by a role as Director at Investec Corporate Finance Ireland Ltd from March 2004 to June 2017. O'Sullivan then held multiple senior positions at DCC plc from September 2017 to December 2019, including Director of Investor Relations and Corporate Finance, Group Director of Corporate Development, and Head of Corporate Finance. Prior to these roles, O'Sullivan was a Senior at Arthur Andersen between 1997 and 2001. O'Sullivan's educational background includes a B.Sc. in Accounting from University College Cork, a Masters in Accounting from University College Dublin, a Graduate Certificate in Corporate Treasury from Dublin City University, and a Diploma in Company Direction from the Institute of Directors Ireland. O'Sullivan is a Fellow of Chartered Accountants Ireland (FCA).
