Mike Webster

Mike Webster is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in leadership roles across various industries. Currently serving as the Head of Digital Innovation at DCC plc since April 2023, Mike drives digital and AI innovation within the organization. In addition, Mike holds a position as a Non Executive Director at the Irish Wheelchair Association, contributing to the empowerment of people with physical disabilities. Previous roles include CEO and Founder of both Arvoia and Mobacar, where Mike led the launch of innovative technology platforms in AI and intelligent mobility solutions, respectively. Mike's earlier career involved significant positions such as Head of Global Sales and Business Development at Fexco Merchant Services, Chief Commercial Officer at ITMGI, and various leadership roles within DCC plc and ModusLink. Academically, Mike holds multiple degrees, including an MBA from UCD Michael Smurfit Graduate Business School and a BSc in Engineering and Business from the University of Limerick.
