Paul Rafferty

Paul Rafferty is a senior leader with over 20 years of experience in digital, financial, and operational risk. They served as Associate Director and Service Line Leader in Risk Consulting at KPMG Ireland, managing various IT assurance services, before taking on the role of IT Internal Audit Manager and later Head of IT Assurance at DCC plc. In their current role, they are responsible for IT audit and risk across the DCC Group, focusing on business continuity, risk assessment, and IT security. Paul holds a BA in Management Science and Information Systems Studies from Trinity College Dublin and is a Chartered Accountant.
