Tylene Kami

Tylene Kami (Kamibayashiyama), SHRM-SCP, currently serves as Vice President of Human Resources at DCC Propane, LLC since February 2021, after holding the position of Human Resources Director. Prior to this role, Tylene worked at The Salem Group from 1997 until July 2020, where responsibilities included overseeing the Human Resources function, ensuring corporate compliance, and serving as a consultant to executive management. Tylene's career also includes a position in Human Resources at Arcus Data Security from 1995 to 1997. Academic qualifications include a Master of Science in Personnel Services and a Bachelor of Arts in Rhetoric and Public Address, both from Bob Jones University.
