Raghu Marada

Raghu Marada has extensive experience in business system analysis and requirements management. Raghu started their career as an IT Consultant at eCom Solutions Inc in 2002 and worked there until 2004. From 2004 to 2005, they worked as a Business System Analyst at Catalog Marketing Services. Raghu then joined ADP as a Business System Analyst from March 2005 to June 2005. Raghu Marada then transitioned to Senior Business System Analyst roles at GE Transportation from July 2005 to August 2006 and at Freddie Mac from September 2006 to August 2007. Raghu then worked as a Lead Business System Analyst at the Virginia State Corporation Commission from September 2007 to September 2008. In 2008, they joined CareFirst BlueCross BlueShield as a Requirements Manager and Lead Sr. BSA. Currently, they hold the position of Senior Requirements Analyst at CareFirst BlueCross BlueShield. In 2017, they also took on the role of Lead Business System Analyst at DCCA.

Raghu Marada's education history includes a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree with a concentration in Finance and Financial Management Services from Andhra University. Additionally, they have also pursued an Advanced Diploma in Software Technology from ECIL/ECIT in India, specializing in Computer/Information Technology Administration and Management.
