Tom Olewa

Tom Olewa is an experienced Database Software Engineer currently employed at DCCA since December 2019. Previously, Olewa held positions as an Oracle Developer/DBA at Saxon Global, Inc., and worked as a Database Administrator at TPGS. Olewa's expertise includes Oracle Database development and optimization of SQL and PL/SQL code, gained during tenures at Northrop Grumman Corporation and Solutions By Design II, LLC. Early career experience includes roles as a Data Warehouse Developer at the University of Maryland, Database Developer at iJET International, and Database Analyst at Hanleywood LLC. Tom Olewa graduated with a B.COM from the University of Nairobi and continued further studies at The Johns Hopkins University.
