Luis Joy Pérez is a Puerto Rican professional with extensive experience in Democratic campaigns, serving as a field organizer for the Democratic Party of Virginia and the Arizona Democratic Party in 2017 and 2018, respectively. They earned a BSFS in International History from Georgetown University in 2017. Currently, Luis holds the position of Southern Research Director at the DCCC and has previously worked as an Associate Research Director and Research Associate at Priorities USA and as a Research Analyst for the Democratic Governors Association from 2021 to 2023.
