Cathy McDonald, SPHR, SHRM-SCP, is a seasoned Human Resources professional with extensive experience in employee relations, recruitment, and benefits management. McDonald began their career as an HR Coordinator at Home Education Livelihood Program, Inc. and subsequently held roles including HR Administrator at Dona Ana County and Senior HR Generalist at the City of Leawood. From 2022 to 2025, McDonald served as the Director of Human Resources at Baker University. Currently, they hold the position of Director of Human Resources at DCCCA.
