Cindy Leyland

Cindy Leyland is the Director of Family Preservation Services at DCCCA, where they focus on providing short-term, family-centered services to assist families in crisis. Previously, they served as Chief Operating Officer and Vice President of Development at the Center for Practical Bioethics, where they managed significant fundraising efforts and oversaw program operations. Cindy's experience includes roles as Project Director at the Kansas City Partnership to Advance Pediatric Palliative Care and Director of Human Resources at the Community Action Partnership of Greater St. Joseph. They hold an EMBA in Business, Leadership, and Entrepreneurship from Benedictine College and a Bachelor of Science in Management from Missouri Western State College.
