Cory Windham

Cory Windham is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in proposal production, business development, and marketing communications. Currently serving as a Senior Proposal Specialist at DCCM since May 2025, Cory efficiently manages proposal deadlines and creates essential marketing materials. Previously, as a Senior Business Development Coordinator at GFT from October 2022 to May 2025, Cory led the development of business proposal materials and orchestrated strategy sessions. Cory’s career also includes a role as a Senior Marketing Coordinator and Marketing Coordinator at HDR, where responsibilities included producing marketing content and managing trade show activities. Earlier experience at Caseware as a Training Team Manager and Academic Program Coordinator involved overseeing training services and strengthening relationships with academic institutions. Cory holds a Bachelor's of Business Administration in Marketing from the University of Houston-Downtown, earned between 2011 and 2014.
