Harold Reddish

Harold "JR" Reddish, P.E., FNSPE, FSAME is a seasoned engineering executive currently serving as Chief Operating Officer for the Texas Region at DCCM since July 2024. Prior to this role, Reddish was President of Binkley & Barfield, Inc. from April 2020 to July 2024, where oversight of business units aimed to enhance project execution and reduce costs. Reddish held the position of President/CEO at S & B Infrastructure, Ltd. from February 1998 to November 2018 and previously served as Vice President of Operations and Deputy Director of Construction Management at the same firm. Reddish's career began in the US Navy, spanning over 20 years and culminating in roles such as Director of Public Works and Commanding Officer of Underwater Construction Team One. Reddish holds a Master of Engineering in Ocean Engineering from Texas A&M University and a Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering from The Citadel.
