James Codling, PE MBA, is a seasoned professional with over three decades of experience in power engineering, specializing in power delivery and utility design. Currently serving as Vice President and National Business Line Leader at DCCM, Codling manages transmission and distribution services for major utilities across the United States. Previously, they held leadership roles at various firms, including Power Engineers and Arcadis, where they directed international projects and grew significant revenue streams. Codling's career also includes impactful contributions to the development of transmission and generation infrastructure in Iraq and Afghanistan for USAID and USACE. They hold a Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering from Rose-Hulman Institute of Technology and an MBA from LSU Shreveport.
