Vivek Vyas

Vivek Vyas is a private equity investor focused on the services and industrials sectors, currently serving as a Partner at Court Square Capital Partners since 2017. In addition to this role, Vivek is an active board member with several companies, including Drew Marine, RailPros, and Offen Petroleum. Previously, Vivek held board positions at AssuredPartners, Inc., Quality Distribution, and TIVIT, among others. Vivek began their career as an Investment Banking Analyst at Lazard and Goldman Sachs, and they have also worked as a Private Equity Associate at Apax Partners. Vivek earned an MBA from Harvard Business School and a BS from the Wharton School at the University of Pennsylvania.
