David Carter is an accomplished restaurant entrepreneur and manager with a strong background in the hospitality industry. As the Founder of DCCO. since January 2023 and OMA Restaurant since January 2024, along with co-founding Manteca Restaurant in July 2019 and founding Smokestak in August 2013, David has demonstrated a commitment to culinary excellence and innovative dining experiences. Prior professional roles include General Manager at ROKA Canary Wharf from September 2011 to June 2014, Restaurant Manager at Savoy Grill from July 2010 to September 2011, and Assistant Manager positions at Gordon Ramsay at Claridge's and Four Seasons Hotel Los Angeles at Beverly Hills. David holds a Bachelor of Commerce degree in Hospitality & Tourism Management from Ryerson University, which was completed in 2006.
