Atul Mathur

Atul Mathur has extensive work experience in business development and management roles. Atul is currently employed as the General Manager of New Business Development at DCGPAC.COM, a position they have held since February 2020. Prior to this, they worked as the Assistant General Manager of New Business Development at the same company from February 2020 to February 2022.

Before joining DCGPAC.COM, Mathur worked at Goodman Projects Pvt Ltd from July 2017 to February 2020 as the Assistant General Manager of Business Development, specifically focusing on franchising. In this role, they were responsible for generating new leads across India for store franchisees, presenting the company's revenue generation plans, and supporting in store location identification.

From July 2015 to July 2017, Mathur held the position of Assistant Vice President of Business Development and Key Account Management at Soulmo Solutions Pvt Ltd. Prior to that, they worked at Kathi Junction from July 2013 to July 2015.

Earlier in their career, Mathur worked at Dishnet Wireless Ltd Aircel from December 2010 to July 2013 as the Deputy Manager of Postpaid, Prepaid & Device Sales. Atul was responsible for addressing gaps in the distributor sales team through training and coaching sessions, selling postpaid plans bundled with devices, and preparing market plans for different territories.

From November 2008 to December 2010, Mathur worked at Aviva India as the Territory Manager of Banccassurance. In this role, they focused on addressing gaps in financial planning consultants and sales managers, delivering budgeted numbers and productivity, and developing market plans.

Prior to Aviva India, Mathur worked at Kotak Mahindra Old Mutual Life Insurance from April 2006 to October 2008 as a Senior Manager in the Alternate Channel. Atul'sresponsibilities included ensuring growth and good returns for distributors, conducting product and sales trainings for alternate channels, and emphasizing the importance of training to the channel's success.

Mathur started their career in the insurance industry as a Bancasurance Officer at ICICI Prudential Life Insurance Company Limited from April 2003 to May 2006. Atul'smain tasks included cross-selling life insurance through Bank of India and directly sourcing life insurance policies from the open market. Atul also focused on achieving monthly targets and activating allocated Bank of India branches.

Atul Mathur completed their Bachelor's degree in Commerce from Rajasthan University between 1997 and 2001. Atul then pursued a Post Graduate Diploma in Business Management with a specialization in Marketing/Marketing Management, General from Kendriya Vidyalaya from 2001 to 2003.
