Tracy Ong

Tracy Ong is a Senior Human Resources Manager at DCH Auriga since December 2009, overseeing a full spectrum of HR functions including Talent Acquisition, Compensation and Benefits, Learning and Development, and Performance Management, while managing year-end budgeting and manpower cost planning. Prior to this role, Tracy served as a Senior Human Resources Manager at Li & Fung Group of Companies from 2009 to June 2016, and as an Assistant Manager in HR at Dell Global B.V from September 2006 to March 2008, focusing on talent pipeline development and recruitment activities. Earlier experience includes a position as Team Leader for Learning and Development at the Civil Service College from January 2000 to December 2005, where responsibilities included managing training operations and preparing costings for training programs. Tracy holds a Bachelor of Commerce degree in Management and Human Resource Management from Curtin University, completed between 2000 and 2002.
