Luis Del Castillo

Luis Del Castillo is currently the Director of Peru at DCH. Prior to this, they were with Belcorp, Alicorp, and Banco Solventa. Luis started their career in 1996 as the Jefe de Proyectos - Desarrollo Organizacional at Banco Solventa. In 1998, they moved to Alicorp where they became the Gerente de RRHH. Luis stayed there until 2008 when they left to join Belcorp. After 10 years with Belcorp, they have now taken on the role of Director, Peru at DCH.
