Carter Baxter

Carter Baxter has worked as a Staff Engineer at Inland Pacific Engineering Company from July 2019 to February 2020. From February 2020 to January 2021, they were a Structural Engineer at DCI Engineers. Then, they transitioned to T-O Engineers as a Structural Staff Engineer from January 2021 to May 2022. Currently, Carter is employed as a Structural Project Engineer at DCI Engineers starting from May 2022.

From 2015 to 2019, Carter Baxter pursued their education at the University of Wyoming College of Engineering and Physical Sciences. During this time, they completed a degree in Civil Engineering with a specialization in Structural/Geotechnical studies.
