The District Collector’s Internship Programme (DCIP) Malappuram is an official initiative that offers students and young professionals a unique opportunity to experience district-level administration and community development closely. The programme focuses on building digital skills, improving public communication, and supporting the district’s ongoing projects through research, documentation, content creation, and field-based activities. Interns work directly under the guidance of the District Administration, gaining real-time exposure to how government systems function and how public service initiatives are implemented on the ground.

DCIP Malappuram aims to create a space where interns can learn, collaborate, and contribute meaningfully to society. Through hands-on tasks, workshops, and practical assignments, participants develop essential professional skills while also strengthening their understanding of civic responsibilities. The programme encourages innovation, teamwork, and a community-first mindset, empowering the youth to actively take part in building a digitally informed and socially responsible district.
