Mats Lindgren has a diverse work experience spanning several industries and roles. Mats is currently the Co-founder and Group CEO of Dcipher Analytics, a position they have held since December 2018.
In 1993, Lindgren founded Kairos Future, where they served as a strategic advisor. Mats also co-founded Framvik in 2018 and was a member of the board.
Lindgren has also held positions in various organizations, including being a member of the board at Örebro University from 2016 to 2020 and the Swedish Association of Independent Schools from 2013 to 2015. Mats was also a member of the board at the Swedish Association of Management Consultants from 1998 to 2014.

Prior to their entrepreneurial ventures, Lindgren worked as a research engineer in environmental sciences at the Royal Institute of Technology from 1981 to 1984.
