Founded by individuals with a wide degree of engineering expertise gained over more than thirty years, working in the City of London and the regions. We have a unique understanding of the practical and aesthetic challenges faced by clients working on historic and modern properties in these areas.

Since DCL was formed by Phil Simmonds and Frank Bates the practice has established a solid client base across the retail, commercial, industrial and residential sectors.
