James Heilberg

James Heilberg has a diverse work experience. James currently works at dClimate as a Software Engineer since April 2021. Prior to that, they worked at Arbol Inc. as a Data Scientist starting in August 2020, and also served as an Intern from June 2019 to August 2020. James was a Member and later became the Director of Technology at TAMID at BU from January 2020 to December 2020, where they led a volunteer consulting project and implemented NLP models. Additionally, they worked at the Boston Planning & Development Agency as a BU Spark - Data Science intern from September 2021 to December 2021. James also worked at Mine - Your Smart Data Assistant as a Consultant from September 2020 to January 2021, leading a team of undergrad engineers and improving AI/NLP models. In addition, they worked at WE LOVE CODING as a Curriculum Director, developing coding curriculums and teaching courses for underrepresented students from October 2017 to September 2018. James started their career with an internship at Pypestream as a Marketing Intern in June 2016, where they collaborated with the sales and marketing teams and assisted in software testing and debugging.

James Heilberg attended Columbia Grammar and Preparatory School from 2014 to 2018. James then pursued a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science and Finance at Boston University from 2018 to 2022.
