Bart De Winter is an experienced compliance and regulatory affairs professional with a strong background in product registration and legislative compliance. Currently serving as Senior Compliance Manager at De Ceuster Meststoffen since June 2010, Bart oversees the registration and legalisation of DCM products for sale in Belgium and across EU Member States while monitoring relevant legislation for organic fertilisers and soil improvers. Prior experience includes roles as Regulatory Affairs Associate at Kemin Europa, N.V., where Bart focused on feed additives in the EU, Russia, and Australia, and as Manager of Regulatory Affairs at Janssen Pharmaceutica, managing the registration of plant and wood material protection products. Earlier experience includes serving as Regulatory Affairs Officer at Protex N.V. Bart’s educational background encompasses studies at Vlerick Business School, KU Leuven, and Ghent University.
