Meagan Metzger

Meagan Metzger is the Founder and CEO of Dcode, a technology startup accelerator based in Washington, D.C. that helps government organizations identify and invest in new technologies. Prior to launching Dcode, Meagan served as the Chief Operating Officer of The Efiia Group, a management consulting firm specializing in organizational transformation and change management for government agencies. Meagan also has experience in the private sector, having served as the Chief Strategy Officer for P3 Partners LLC, a professional services firm that provides program management, business development, and technical services to government clients, and as an Account Executive for memoryBlue, a technology sales recruiting firm. Meagan began their career as a Business Systems Analyst for CACI International Inc., where they designed and drafted system and functional software requirements for government clients.

Meagan Metzger received a Bachelor of Business Administration (B.B.A.) in Marketing and Applied Science and Technology from The George Washington University.
