Omar Garada is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in client success, consulting, and strategic management across various industries. Currently serving as the Director of Client Success at Dcode, Omar also works as an Independent Consultant at Olive Consulting LTD. Previous roles include Senior Manager at Sigma Health Consulting, where Omar implemented governance models and modernized IT systems for federal programs, and Strategic Manager of Customer Success at Samsara, where exceptional customer experiences resulted in significant account growth and high renewal rates. Prior to this, Omar held positions at Deloitte as a Senior Agile Product Manager and Senior Consultant, contributing to improved operational efficiency and savings for federal agencies. Omar began a career as the founder of Omedia E-Commerce Solutions and has a solid educational foundation with an Executive MBA from Georgetown University and a degree in Management Information Systems from George Mason University.
