Lachlan Michell

Lachlan Michell currently serves as Vice President at UDIA NT since July 2024. Previous experience includes the role of Construction Manager at DCOH from June 2017, overseeing significant projects such as the CDU Education and Community Precinct ($220m) and the 74 Mitchell St Cinema Redevelopment ($25m). Lachlan has also held positions as Project Manager and Developments Project Coordinator, contributing to projects like the NAB House & China Town Revitalisation Project ($7.6m) and the Northcrest Subdivision ($400m). Earlier roles at Probuild Constructions included Project Coordinator for the Melbourne Convention and Exhibition Centre expansion ($140m) and other positions at Halikos Group, where work involved several notable developments such as the H Hotel and H20 Apartments ($70m) and the C2 Esplanade ($50m). Lachlan holds an MBA from Ducere Global Business School and a Bachelor's Degree in Construction Management from RMIT University.
