Cole Phelps

Cole Phelps is an experienced professional in the construction industry, currently serving as an Estimator in the Waterproofing Division at Denver Commercial Property Services since February 2024. Prior to this role, Cole worked as a Field Engineer at Milender White, managing exterior trades on high-value projects and coordinating with inspectors. Additionally, during an independent study at Colorado State University, Cole engaged in industrial hygiene experiments and data analysis. Cole holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Environmental Health from Colorado State University, obtained in May 2022.
