Eric Palmer

Eric Palmer is a seasoned professional in the construction industry with extensive experience in various leadership roles. Currently serving as the Director of Construction and Operations Manager at DCPS since October 2025, Eric is also the Founder and Owner of Palmer & Partners Custom Properties, LLC, established in April 2025. Previous positions include Senior Project Manager at Suntec Concrete, Commercial General Superintendent at Kennedy Richter Construction, and Senior Superintendent at Arch-Con® Corporation. Eric has a strong foundation in the field, having held roles as a Project Superintendent at both Brinkmann Constructors and Milender White, and as a Superintendent at PCL Construction and Brannan Sand and Gravel. Eric holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Real Estate and Construction Management from the University of Denver, complementing a global perspective with educational experience at Prague University of Economics and Business.
