Scott Smiley has extensive experience in construction management, beginning as a Field Intern at Hensel Phelps Construction Co. in 2008. Scott progressed to various roles at FCI Constructors, Inc. from December 2009 to April 2013, starting as a Project Engineer and advancing to Superintendent, where responsibilities included project scheduling, quality assurance, and safety program management. Following this, Scott worked as an Assistant Project Manager, focusing on estimating and budgeting for remodels at Haliburton's Fort Lupton Campus. Currently, Scott serves as a Senior Superintendent at DCPS, after a tenure as a Superintendent at MW GOLDEN CONSTRUCTORS, overseeing construction projects with a focus on on-site supervision, safety, and project completion efficiency. Scott holds a Bachelor’s degree in Construction Science and Management from Kansas State University.
