Britta Mach

Britta Mach currently serves as Solutions Coordinator II at DCS - Designed Conveyor Systems, a position held since March 2022. Prior to this role, Britta was a Community Corrections Specialist at Hennepin County from May 2018 to February 2022, where responsibilities included managing juvenile and adult caseloads and addressing clients' inquiries about program offerings. From April 2019 to June 2021, Britta contributed as an Assistant Lacrosse Coach at Thomas Jefferson Senior High School, focusing on player skill assessment and defensive strategies. Earlier experience includes serving as an Inclusion Facilitator with the City of Bloomington, MN, from June 2014 to August 2017, working with children with physical disabilities and behavioral challenges to ensure their full participation in activities. Britta holds a Bachelor's degree in Criminology from the University of Minnesota Duluth, earned in May 2018.
