In Oct 2022, Diners Club Singapore was officially renamed to DCS Card Centre. We are a financial institution licensed to carry on the business of issuing credit cards or charge cards in Singapore, governed by the Monetary Authority of Singapore (MAS) under the Banking Act.

We were a founding financial institution that pioneered cashless payments by issuing the first credit and charge cards in Singapore back in 1973.
