Alan Schaar is a seasoned Geospatial Intelligence (GEOINT) Systems Engineer with extensive experience in engineering support for ISR sensor compression technologies. Currently employed at DCS Corp since October 2015, Alan has previously held a Senior Systems Engineer position at Leidos, where engineering support was provided to Department of Defense customers. Additionally, Alan served as the IRAD Portfolio Manager within the Data Fusion and Analysis Division, offering technical guidance. Earlier career roles include serving as CTO of the Exploitation Technology Division at Science Applications International Corporation (SAIC), where oversight on technical roadmaps and product evaluations was conducted, and as Director of Engineering, leading software development teams and contributing to proposal efforts. Alan holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Computer and Information Science from The Ohio State University.
